Grilled Cilantro Chicken thighs

What you will need:

2# of boneless, skinless organic chicken thighs
1 head of cilantro-washed and dried and stems removed
8 mint leaves-washed and dried
juice of half a lemon
large pour of olive oil
sprinkle crushed red peppers

What to do:
1. In a food processor combine cilantro, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, pepper and enough oil to make it smooth.
2. In a 9×13 inch pan spread out your chicken thighs.
3. Cover them in cilantro spread and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cover with plastic wrap.
4. Then grill them up and enjoy alone, served on a bed of greens, or with eggs in the morning.

With a single kettlebell:

  • 21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
  • 50 Swings
  • 21 Overhead squats, Left arm
  • 50 Swings
  • 21 Overhead squats, Right arm
  • 50 Swings
  • 21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm

Time Cap is 45 minutes.  Please use an appropriate weight for your current level for this workout.  It is intended to be heavy, however be safe.   MOD WOD: Reduce reps to 15reps and 30reps.
