Strength:  EMOM x 8mins do 3reps of Band Resisted Deadlift @ 50-60% of best deadlift

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

10 Power Cleans (61/43kg)

10 Handstand Push Ups

10 Burpees

*scale weight as needed.  pike push ups are sub for hspu.
