Thursday’s WOD:

90 second rounds:

Round 1: 20 Box Jumps and 20 Kettlebell Swings

Round 2: 400m Row

Round 3: 40 squats and 30 push ups (20 for women)

You have 90 seconds to complete each round.  Rest between rounds is 30 seconds.  We will repeat 3x.
