Muscle Ups with a 200m Run or 250m Row between each rounds.  Rx+: you must Row.

**If you are unable to do muscle ups, sub pull ups and dips.  Compare to 10/15/13.

yes pr indeed! I did 40k and I don’t think I’ve ever done more than 30k in the past to be honest. It was GREAT (after).

First time I ever did it took me 28 minutes. This time it took me 10:16. That’s an improvement 😉
