Great time at the Minute To Win It party on Saturday night!   Who thinks we should incorporate those games into the WODs?

Monday’s WOD:

Skill:

Overhead Squat with Bands: spend 12mins on this.  Do not go too heavy.

Then 3×3 Dead Hang Squat Snatch: very light weight

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5 Snatch Deadlifts (85/60kg)

10 Goblet Squats (70/53lbs)

**Compare to 12/16/14.  Scale the weight as needed.
