Tomorrow is a new month and we will start our monthly goals over!  Please think about your goals for this month and keep working on them throughout Feb.   Do you like this shortening our goal timeframe and putting more emphasis on them daily?

Teams of Two:

10 Rounds

Resisted Runs: 2 trips there/back

Sumo Deadlift High Pull with Kettlebell  10x (53lbs, 35lbs, Rx+: 70lbs, 53lbs)

Box Jumps 12x (24, 20)

*Team member A does the 2 trips as the runner, Team member B is the “resistee”.  After member A does the 2 trips, this member goes to high pull and member B goes to box jumps.  The next round switch.
