We are ready to go for tomorrow.  A big thanks to everyone who made this possible.  Please know where you are going tomorrow.  The address is 2450 Alvarado St, Bldg 2.  There are doors on the South and North sides of the building.  People attending the 5:15am and 6:15am classes will have better luck parking on the North side.  This is considered the back of the building and is where the loading docks are.  Everyone else will be just fine parking on either side.  We will have both doors open.  It’s a bit colder in the new building, so dress appropriately.  There is a functioning shower, just some cosmetic work needs to happen.

Monday’s WOD:

Skill/Strength: 

Power Snatch/OHS: Work up to a moderate weight and repeat for 3 total sets.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

40 Double Unders

20 Wall Balls (20lbs/14lbs)

20 DB Power Snatch (10 on each side, does NOT need to be alternating) you choose the weight.
