Conditioning:

200m Run

1-3 Rope Climbs

5 Power Snatch (wt: 43/30kg Rx+: 60kg/43kg)

*Use the weight that is appropriate for you.  To scale the climbs: triple the number in ring rows or pull to stand from floor.
