Muscle Up Work:  work on false grip, false grip pull ups, dips, transitions, use the assisted ring thing, etc.   For those who are already able to do muscle ups do EMOM x 5 rounds of 1-5reps

12 Chest 2 Bar

16 Wall Balls (20lbs/14lbs)

* Compare to 7/13/14.
