Friday’s WOD:

Skill:

Pistols: accumulate 15-25 on each leg.  Scale if you are unable to do proper two legged squats at this time.

Conditioning:

3 to 4 Rounds

30 DB Step Ups (lower box than usual)

20 DB Power Clean and Jerks

200m Run

*Choose a weight that is appropriate.  You may do 4 rounds if you are finishing quickly.
