CF15-2-3834For our loving fans, we will be running our large group for the CrossFit Games Open tomorrow, Saturday, at 11:15am.  Come out and cheer them on.  This will be their third workout.  It has been a lot of fun so far.  Let’s keep it up!

 

 

 

Friday’s WOD:

Skill:

Handstands: work on the wall or box depending upon your level.

Conditioning:

5 or 7 rounds

5 Chest to Bar

10 KB Swings (53/35lbs)

15 Box Jumps (24in/20in)

*Use bands for the chest to bar.  Scale the KB weight as needed.
