Friday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill:

Ring Rows:  5 Rounds 5-10 unbroken Ring Rows.  Make these the hardest ring rows possible for you.  So feet on a box, or weighted.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5 Hang Power Cleans (wt: 65/45kg, RX+: 80kg/55kg)

10 Push Ups

25 Double Unders

*Choose a weight for the Power Cleans that is appropriate for you.  It should feel challenging to go unbroken all five rounds, so if the Rx+ weights aren’t heavy enough, add more. 😉
