Skill: 10 mins

Rope Climbs: work on the skill, master the different foot wraps, learn how to support your body while holding the rope, or do a legless rope climb.

Conditioning:

“DT”

5 Rounds

12 Deadlifts (70kg/50kg)

9 Hang Power Cleans (70kg/50kg)

6 Push Jerks (70kg/50kg)

* Compare to 12/26/14.  Reduce the weight as needed.  25min time cap.
