It’s that time again, up for the challenge? This time around our challenge includes two parts, clean eating and attendance. You pay for your membership, now we are challenging you to use it.  Also, summer is right around the corner and lets face it, who doesn’t want to look and feel great during beach season!  Eating clean is the more efficient way to lose those last few inches and feel awesome inside and out. So, show up, eat good foods, and you could win the awesome prize we have for the most committed!!!  Challenge will start May 1st.  Challenge details to follow.
