Wednesday’s WOD:
 Strength:
Overhead Squat: 1RM.  If you are unable to overhead squat or are new to the movement, please do 10sets of 2-3 reps with light weight.
Conditioning:
4 Rounds: AMRAP 1 min/1min rest
3 Squat Cleans (70% of 1RM)
5 Toes to Bar
*scale as needed.
