Looks like the floor isn’t arriving until the 15th, so it will be an all hands onon to get it in before 5:15am on the 18th. I’ll keep you posted!  There is a tiny bit of painting if anyone is itching to paint.  Email me if you’re interested.

Skill: Push Jerk. Light just working on learning the timing. If you are good at this, go heavier and work on speed and lock out.

If someone has back issues, do you recommend any alternatives to the 100 sit ups portion of conditioning?

    Anytime members have injuries, the coaches will help to modify any movements in a workout. They’re very good at making sure we stay safe. You just have to let them know.
