The end of the food challenge is this Friday!  Congratulations to all who participated.  Please remember the body fat testing is this Friday as well.  We have plenty of spots.  Non-CFSL members are welcome!

Push Ups 40

Sit Ups 45

Kettlebell Swings 50

Burpees 55

*Rx+: add 10 reps to everything.  Scale as needed.
