A few little details.  1.  Please park on the north side of the building when possible and make sure you are in a parking space.  2.  Please use the white computer at the front to check yourself into classes.  If you sign up for class at home or on the app and then aren’t able to make it.  Please cancel that reservation or ask me to via email.  3.  Keep up the good work!

*Scale the weight as needed.  You can bike 1min or row 250m if unable to run.
