Power Clean/Clean/Front Squat: compare to 5/15/14 and attempt to do a little more. If you are newer or need more form practice, please do 5 sets of the complex at a moderate weight.
10 Back Squats (Rx:60/43kg. Rx+: 70/50kg)
6 Total Stationary Lunges, Alternating Sides(same as back squat. bar stays on back.)
*You are not using racks for this. You must be able to safely get the bar from the ground to on your back. Please scale weight as needed. Keep a strong midsection as your body gets tired!
