This installation goes to the one, the only, Quan-tastic (aka. Tim)! Talk about dedication. This guy is finishing a master’s degree in engineering and still makes time for his training every morning and sometimes both morning and evening. He even shows up to the 5:45am classes to make sure he gets his training in on days he has to be at school earlier. He consistently asks for help and coaching on any movements that give him a challenge. Along with his eagerness to learn, he also puts in the time to practice and master the skill. Just last week he joined the muscle up club. Not only does his performance and dedication inspire all of CFSL, his commitment to supporting his teammates through encouraging words during the WODs, helping new people feel comfortable and welcome, as well as always being the first to help get the gym back in order for the next class makes everyone in class want to be better. His own enthusiasm to get better radiates to those around him. I have repeatedly seen Tim get up from a pool of sweat while gasping for air to come push his teammates on to finish. Legend has it Quan-tastic even ran an extra mile during the time trials just to help a certain headband wearing teammate PR.
