Monday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill:

Squat Cleans:  EMOM x 5 Mins x 3reps.  Choose a weight that is challenging, yet safe.  For an idea, around 70-75% of your best clean.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 12min

10 Goblet Squats  (Rx: 53lbs/35lbs)

10 Toes to Bar

200m Run

*250m row if raining or too dark.
