Strength:

Deficit Snatch Deadlift: 5×2 increasing.  If flexibility is a challenge for you, do this without the deficit.

Conditioning:

“Nasty Girls”

3 Rounds

50 Squats

7 Muscle Ups  (Or 7 dips/7 pull ups)

10 Hang Power Cleans (61/43kg)

*Compare to 2/11/14.  Scale the reps/rounds/weight as needed.

RX++ Version:

3 Rounds

50 Pistols

7 Muscle Ups

10 Hang Power Cleans (80/53kg)
