Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, and soy. Put the kale and coconut in a large bowl and toss well with the olive oil mixture.
Spread the kale evenly across a baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes, until the coconut is deeply golden brown, tossing once or twice along the way.

*with more or less team members, increase or decrease reps by 25. team members may do the reps as they like. if one team member is much stronger at the bench, they may do more reps if the team wants. spotting is allowed. full on lifting the weight for your team member, not so much. one team member works at a time for bench and snatch. DO NOT drop my DBs outside!
