This is a screen shot of my Beyond The Whiteboard from October. My goal was to workout every day of the month. On Thursdays and Sundays I only do light cardio, so walk, jog, etc. I almost made it! I missed on day on the 24th. That day was a mental error on my part. Put it off and then forgot. Did anyone else take this challenge? Let’s keep at it through the holidays. Consistency is paramount when it comes to reaching your goals.
