Congratulations to so many people today who Rx’d pull ups for the first time and people who went down in band size. Great work! I know sometimes it feels badly to end up with a low number on a workout like this, but remember we all start somewhere. What matters is that you are starting! The first time I ever did this workout Rx’d, I did a total of 15 pull ups. Today I did 15 on my first attempt. Just keep plugging away at making yourselves stronger, faster, and better!
