Confetti Chicken Salad
What you might need:
1 can cooked chicken in water (or chicken you cooked yourself)
1/2 honey crisp apple chopped
1/4 onion chopped
1/8 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 stalks celery chopped
organic mayo- as much as you like to make it creamy
1-2 tsp yellow curry powder
black pepper to taste
In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Then eat it! At least that is what I did.
