WOD:
"The Chipper"
The last WOD from the games, mind you this is after 7 other WODs.  I did alter the workout be removing the muscle ups.

15 barbell cleans
30 toes to bar
30 box jumps
30 dips
30 dumbell push presses
30 double-unders
15 thrusters
30 pull-ups
30 burpees
Overhead walking lunges

Choose a weight that is heavy for you for the cleans, thrusters and push presses.
