Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  20min time cap

Max Clean (preferably a full squat)

*5×2 @ a moderate weight to work on your form

Conditioning:  20min time cap

5 Rounds

3-5 Muscle Ups (depends on current ability)

5 Hang Power Cleans (60/43kg, 75/54kg)

T/B Run on Turf (fast and careful)

**Modify to 5 Strict Pull Ups and 5 Strict Dips.  Compare to 3/25/14.
