DB Farmer’s Carry

15 DB Burpees

*You choose the weight for A & B.  Go as heavy as you can safely.

B.  In Teams of 2 Complete the Following:

80 DB Thrusters

Plank

*One teammate does thrusters, the other does plank.  It’s 80 total thrusters between the two people.
