A lot of changes are happening in December.
1. Time changes: Morning classes go to the hour 5am and 6am every day 7am on Friday. Tues and Thurs will be 430pm/530pm/630pm/7pm. Please notice that the 7pm is still on the hour.
2. There is a new class on the schedule called “Self Directed Program.” This is for those of you that come in to do your own workout. Example: a squat program or bench program or another WOD. This will deduct from your current membership just like the regular classes. Everyone is to check themselves in through their mindbody account. We will check intermittently to make sure it is happening. If you have trouble with this, let me know. Mindbody Connect is the app for mobile devices. I am working on another way that will take me a few days to get set up.
3. On Dec. 16th we will have a price adjustment. To avoid any changes, please get yourself on auto pay prior to this date. If you think you are on auto pay, but unsure, please use your mindbody account to confirm. (https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=13417) Go there and sign in or sign up. You will already be in our system, so your name will pop up if this is your first time signing up for an account. If you still can’t figure it out, email me and I will let you know for sure.
Turkish Get Up: Find heaviest on each side. Work up to this just like any other max effort.
