Today there was A LOT going on here at CFSL and a lot of changes.  Everyone made it to class with the time changes and yoga was booming!  Your Games Open Team did amazingly well this week and finished strong today.  If you get a chance, please come watch your team in action.  Next Sunday the 17th we will have a potluck after the workout.  The workout will start around 1045am and who knows how long it will take.  We will update you further on Wednesday.

Monday’s WOD:

Skill/Strength: Turkish Get Ups 12 each side, go up in weight as you like.  Make it perfect and heavy. 12 mins for this.

Conditioning:

9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Squat Cleans  (Rx: 50/35kg.  Rx+: 65/45kg)

Box Jump (24/20in)

*these are SQUAT cleans.  Scale the weight, not the squat.  Work on catching at or below parallel, avoid power cleaning to a front squat.  compare to 9/4/10.

Cash Out: 10 Muscle Ups or Muscle Up Transistions.
