Hey Whole Food Challengers!
The results are in and I can’t wait to share them with you! First off, thank you so much for participating in this food challenge. It was my first time conducting a food challenge of this magnitude, we had 45 participants signed up on 12/1!! The next challenge will be a little more fine tuned, so it should run much smoother. My hope is that each of you saw value in the challenge, whether it be logging your food, trying new food, watching what you ate, drinking more water, cutting back on soy, soda or coffee, etc. Great job to each of you!
The points for this challenge for everyone were compiled from the total points (30 points possible each day) for food logs, total weight and inches lost to determine our top 3 challengers!

Friday’s WOD: (on a side note, please wash your hands well and clean the surfaces that you touch after workouts to reduce the spread of germs)
Strength/Skill: Chest to Bar Pull Ups: 3x Max Consecutive. Please make sure you TOUCH the bar with your chest. For some of you that have kipping pull ups normally, may need to use a little band.
Conditioning: compare to 11/13/12

50 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs/35lbs)
100 Sit Ups
