The CrossFit Games Open starts Feb. 22nd.  The open is the qualifier for the regional event.  The open is a great way to push yourself, to work closely with your teammates, and see how your fitness stands up against thousands of others across the world.  Even if you don’t think you have a chance in the world to qualify for regionals, you can still take advantage of the affect of competition to push yourself and give yourself a goal.  In an effort to better prepare those of you who have a desire to participate this year, we are going to hold a skills test Sunday the 20th at 10:30am-ish.  This is not a competition or a time to feel like crap cause you can’t do half of what someone else does.  This is a chance for you to see any weaknesses you have that you really must address so that you are able to complete the open qualifier completely and safely.   You are much more likely to hit your destination if you have a direction. (you can quote me on that if you like)  The skills test will last probably 1.5hrs or so.  Email me if you are in.  Please don’t ask me a bunch of questions, just show up and you will see what is going on.  It will test your level, so everyone will be able to participate.  Thank you.
