Recipe by Sweet Cheeks!!!
Broiled fruit and goat cheese- so simple you don’t need a recipe.
What you will need:
Fruit of your choice, I used figs and peaches
Fresh organic goat cheese
Cracked black pepper
1. Turn oven onto broil.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil, set aside.
3. Wash and slice fruit into one or two bite size pieces and arrange on baking sheet.
4. Broil in oven for 3-4 minutes, or until edges are crispy.
5. Remove from oven and top with a small amount of goat cheese and cracked black pepper.
Let cool slightly before serving.
