Egg and sausage breakfast boats!  Make a few of these before you come to watch the CFSL games team turn the last WOD out.
Here is what you will need:
2 delicate squash
2 italian sausages-removed from casings and browned
2 eggs-beaten well
Feel free to add some fresh herbs to this recipe.
Preheat oven to 415 degrees
cut squash and remove seeds.
place squash skin side down in pan and bake for 15 min-sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon and salt
while squash is baking brown your sausage until fully cooked
Whip eggs with whisk or hand held mixer until light and airy
When squash is done remove from oven-fill with sausage, then pour beaten eggs on top. Reduce oven temperature to 375 and bake for 10-15min.
