3-10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

12 Russian KB Swings (wt: 70lbs/53lbs)

*Choose the number of C2B based on your ability.  Each round go unbroken.  Rest between rounds to allow for a full effort on the next round.  Do not rest longer than 90sec, however.
