Boredom and Complacency. Two major mindsets that derail your nutritional efforts. The first you can easily deal with by trying new recipes or being adventurous with your food choices. Complacency is a little harder. It usually kicks in when you have gotten just into your goal like 25% complete and you think “I am doing so well, I can get away from this food thing for a little bit, it won’t hurt me too much” and then all of the sudden you are back where you started. Stick with your goal! Let nothing deter you. If you need support, talk with your teammates or coaches, email us, whatever it takes. Reminder: make sure the coaches check you in so you get credit for your attendance. You can also see you visits if you sign into the website like you did when you paid for basics.
