Our first day is in the books and it was great!  Still a few things to iron out, but I would say it went better than I could have ever expected.  How do you feel about CFSL’s new facility?  We still have lots of exciting things to come.  Several new programs to add and expand on.  We are losing two classes for the rest of the year, yoga and olympic weightlifting on Sundays.   They will be back, don’t you worry.

ALSO, this is an official vote for the change of the morning times.  I will make a decision in two days, so if this is important to you, please vote by commenting or emailing me.  info@crossfitsl.net.  Yes or no for moving the 5:15 and 6:15am class up to 5am and 6am?

Strength:

Bent Over Row 1 RM, Drop to 80% for an AMRAP

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

3-5 Muscle Ups (Sub 5-7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups)

5 Hang Power Cleans  (Rx: 60kg/43kg Rx+: 75kg/54kg)

One T/B Trip on the Turf Fast Run

**The range is based on level.  Once you choose a number, stick with it for all rounds.  Even people using bands will do chest to bar.  **pick your feet up on the turf and be mindful of your turning and slowing down.

Keep same times. How come there’s no Yoga? I need Yoga. It calms me/my Therapy to relax, clears my body & It helps with golf. And yes I do golf in the cold windy rainy winter;-)
