Light It Up Blue 2015
Each April 2, Autism Speaks celebrates Light It Up Blue along with the international autism community, in commemoration of the United Nations-sanctioned World Autism Awareness Day. We aren’t able to light our building up in blue, but it would be great if you guys would wear blue in support of those who have autism/spectrum as part of what make them amazing.
These two will wear blue!
Overhead Squat: heavy single if your form is good. If you struggle with this, spend time working on wall squats with the PVC, squat holds, etc.
5 Rounds: 1min to complete/1min rest between round
9 Deadlifts (Wt: 50/35kg Rx+: 70kg/50kg)
6 Cleans (same) Yes, it’s a squat. YAY!
