It’s time for another benchmark!  This one is for the Records Board and for personal records.  Let’s do this.

30 Clean and Jerks  (wt: 61kg/43kg)

**For those of you who will have times that will go on the Records board, you will team up with someone else and count for each other.  Your own personal cheerleader and support staff.  Then you will switch places and do the same.

*Please scale the weight as you see fit and warm up well for this.  10 min time cap.
