Wednesday’s WOD:


Handstand Work:  work on progressing from the last few times we’ve done this.  Use the wall or box, do five holds around 10-20sec each.

400m Run

21 Kettlebell Swings (53lbs/35lbs)

12 Pull Ups

*Compare to 9/30/14.  We may have done this workout more recently, but I could not find it.  Post to comments if you have a more recent date.  Remember, this is for the board, so accuracy in counting and full ROM is expected.  Do great!
