Dedication is key to being successful in any sport, job, or activity. A good way to stay dedicated is to set a goal that you REALLY want to achieve! Aim high team!!! Write your goals up on the board and remind your fellow CrossFit San Leandrians to reach for their goals!

 

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  Heavy Kettlebell Swings:  5 Rnds: 1 min on/off max rep in your one min.   (pick a heavy wt. for you)

Conditioning:

Burpees 40x

Back Squat 40x (Rx: 43kg, 30kg. Rx+: 60kg, 45kg)

Toes to Bar 40x

*you must take weight for back squat off the floor.  NO RACKS!
