Grass Fed beef chili with cilantro and avocado
Beef and Vegetable Chili
1 carrot-chopped
1 onion-chopped
2 stalks of celery-chopped
1 zucchini-chopped
1 red bell pepper-chopped
1#Grass fed ground beef
1 can fire roasted tomatoes with green chiles
16-20 oz organic low sodium vegetable broth
Seasonings
(I don’t measure, usually just poor and taste and adjust, so adjust to your liking)
2 T chili powder
1 T garlic granules
salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 T cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp oregano
garnish
cilantro and avocado
1. Brown your meat in a pan.
2. Put all the ingredients into crock pot, stir and let cook on low appx. 6 hours.
3. Enjoy your chili- put it in a bowl and top it with cilantro and avocado.
