Monday’s WOD:

Skill work: pistol practice 15x each leg total.

Conditioning:  3 rounds of the following

3 minute on/3 minute off

25 Box Jumps

25 Wall Balls

*Rx+: 30 reps.  You must complete the thirty reps of each in the three minutes allotted.  If you not to make it, you get a prize of 25 V-Ups during your rest break.

Cash Out: 50 One Leg deadlift with kettlebell while standing on a thick yoga mat.  50 on each leg.
