Strength:

Deadlift 5 Reps EMOM X 5 Rounds.  Weight:  approx. 75% of 1RM, if you do not have a max, just go to a weight that is challenging, but no chance of failure.

Conditioning:

Tabata Trunk Goodness 8rnds 20sec on/10sec off

Side Plank

Hollow Holds

Double Unders
