Friday’s WOD:

Strength/skill:

1RM Weighted Pull Up, then reduce by half and do 5×1.   Use pullup progression if you are using a band.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

6 Plate plyo push up

5 Hang Power Clean Unbroken (@70% of your best from Monday)

10 Box Jumps  (24/20in)

*if you don’t have a weight from Monday, work up to a moderate weight.

*if you break up the hpc reps, you get one evil wheel for every time you came off bar.  Complete at end.
