Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Sumo Deadlift 1RM, then drop to 80% for an AMRAP.  Good form, people!

Conditioning:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Overhead Squat  (choose what is approp. for you.  Rx:43/30kg Rx+:50/35kg)

Between each round of OHS, do 2 Pistols (total) and 4 Knees to Elbows.
