Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Handstand Push Up: 5×1 with at least one minute rest between.  Make it the hardest possible: examples on the wooden parallettes, on plates, to one mat, or wherever yiu are right now.  If you are newer, 5×3 pike pushups.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 12min

5 Pull Ups

7 Push Press (45/30kg. Rx+: 61/43kg)

9 Burpee Over The Bar

*scale weight as needed.  Every jump over the bar counts as a rep.
