Want an interesting and entertaining workout at home?  Set your phone timer to 1 min and ask a person under the age of 8 to create something for you to do for the whole minute.  Things can get a little cray cray.  Enjoy.

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:

Box Squats 5×5 at a heavy weight for you.  Same weight for all sets, approx. 70-75% of your best back squat.  Boxes are set to have you going slightly below parallel.  Spotters for all sets.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10min

6 Squat Cleans (45kg/30kg. Rx+: 60kg/43kg)

12 Pull Ups

24 Double Unders
