Wednesday’s WOD:


1 Min Sit Ups and 1 Min Air Squats


Teams of 2 accumulate as many rounds as possible in 12min of :

15 DB Thrusters  (45lbs/30lbs.  Or More or Less, whichever is appropriate for you.)

2 Stop Shuttle Runs

*Both teammates moving at same time.  Switch when thrusters are complete.  Do your best to work with  someone who is using same weight as you so we have enough DBs to go around.
